Steve Gore is the founder of KOAP and the designer of the New to Management programme. With over two decades of experience in global leadership development, Steve combines the rigour of neuroscience and positive psychology with practical, human-centred facilitation. He’s worked across sectors and continents — from high-growth startups to Fortune 500s — helping leaders turn insight into action and build cultures where people thrive.
Steve is known for his warm, energetic delivery style, his ability to unlock people’s potential, and his passion for making learning stick. Whether coaching senior executives or supporting first-time managers, his focus remains the same: creating behaviour change that lasts — and results that matter.
