This is our first podcast, and in it we discuss with Greg Trausch about how marketing products in the Business to Business world is blurring the lines between sales and marketing and challenging who actually sells to customers. With data analytics and targeted marketing there is an argument that says we may not need salespeople in the future as customers will make their own minds up about what they buy and how they buy it. Has covid accelerated that process?
