I have enjoyed my conversations with Kalin for many years now and finally I get to introduce him to you, with a conversation that starts by understanding his passion for helping others and providing access to financial inclusion and transitions to give you an understanding of the way he views the world and people based on his travels and how “Ploff” changed his perspective on life.

Kalin Radev, Chief Executive Officer

Kalin brings more than 25 years of professional experience in IT, over 20 of which in financial inclusion, banking and microfinance. He has extensive international experience leading strategic projects in Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific and Latin America. His expertise has been crucial for carrying out more than 100 projects around the globe, focused on developing IT strategies and designing solutions that accelerate financial inclusion and enhance efficiency. Kalin is Chairman of the Indian-Bulgarian Business Chamber and co-Chairman of Endeavor Bulgaria.
